An amazing group of SIX brave women lost a total of 43.5 inches and 24.4 pounds in our first ever Bet on Yourself 30 Day Challenge! We focused on changing one habit for 30 days, adding 20 minutes of cardio to each person's routine. With the right strategies, tools and support, everyone lost weight! It is incredible to be a coach and to see the dedication and effort of my clients as they change small habits to make big changes in their lives. Everyone who took this challenge told me that they intend to incorportate more movement into their everyday lives. It is possible that this challenge will lead to more active lifestyles far into the future. One thing is for sure- when we get moving, our bodies respond by burning more calories, developing muscles, and lowering our stress levels. The next group challenge starts in August. YOU are invited!
