90 Day Premiere Brain, Gut, Weight, Mindset Reset

I'm humbled and excited to share an exciting announcement with you all, because I have been preparing for this for a long time. 

I have learned so much about how mindfulness, brain health and physical health all affect mental health. It has been a scary road at times, and full of heartcahe, fear, and then... curiosity. That's when everything changed. 

I took a deep dive into my own health, and then my family's health history. Whoa. Genetics is a thing! But then, I learned about epigentics, and how we can turn off some of our inherited traits through lifestyle and dietary changes.

Almost miraculously, as I learn new skills, and ways of caring for my own health, someone in my family or friend group seem to need this same information. It is as if I have been guided to the information I have needed in order to be a better mother, daughter and friend. 

After many years along this holistic health path, gathering knowledge, gaining licenses and certifications, practicing functional nutrition and teaching healthy habits, I realize I have a very unique skill set to share.
